Age Requirement
akk99 services are available to persons aged 21 and over only. Anyone under 21 may not play any games or open an account.
- You must provide your correct name, date of birth, and personal details when registering an account.
- If false age information is found, the platform reserves the right to close that account immediately.
- The platform may request a copy of your national ID or other supporting documents to verify your age.
Account Registration
Accurate Information
Each player may open only one account at akk99. If more than one additional account is opened, the platform will close those accounts and the funds in them will not be returned. Your personal details must be accurate and kept up to date at all times.
Account Security
You must not share your account credentials or password with any third party. If another person plays on your account, you are solely responsible for any losses that result. If you cannot access your account or notice any suspicious activity, contact [email protected] immediately.
Account Closure
A player may request to close their account voluntarily. The platform also has the right to close an account without prior notice due to violations of terms, fraudulent activity, or misrepresentation.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposit Methods
To deposit at akk99, the available methods are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 20,000 Ks.
Withdraw
The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawals are normally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours from the time of the request. The player's identity verification must be complete, and withdrawals must be made using the same method used to deposit.
- Third-party bank accounts or mobile wallets may not be used for deposits or withdrawals.
- Wagering and service requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be requested after a deposit.
- In cases of suspected financial irregularities, the platform may temporarily suspend a withdrawal.
Currency Conversion
All transactions are processed in Myanmar Kyat (Ks). If a deposit is made in a foreign currency, the amount may vary based on the bank exchange rate, and any difference is the player's responsibility.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
Welcome Bonus
On your first deposit at akk99, you can receive a 200% welcome bonus — up to 300,000 Ks. To withdraw the bonus amount, you must meet a wagering requirement of bonus amount × 20 times.
Example — if you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a bonus of 40,000 Ks for a total of 60,000 Ks; the wagering requirement is 40,000 Ks × 20 = 800,000 Ks.
General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus may have its own wagering requirement, expiry period, and bonus limits.
- Only one bonus may be active at a time.
- Bonuses may not be transferred to a third party.
- If a bonus is found to be used through fraud or by placing opposing bets to exploit it, the bonus may be forfeited.
- akk99 reserves the right to update promotion terms with prior notice.
VIP Program
akk99 has 5 VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback rates are up to 0.2% for Bronze, up to 0.5% for Silver, up to 0.7% for Gold, up to 1.0% for Platinum, and up to 1.2% for Diamond. To move up a VIP tier, you must play regularly at akk99 and maintain a good playing record.
Fair Play and Conduct
Prohibited Activities
Players at akk99 must not engage in the following activities —
- Playing using bots, scripts, or artificial tools
- Exploiting bonuses by placing opposing bets in equal proportions (bonus abuse)
- Exploiting server errors or software bugs
- Activities related to money laundering
- A single player opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly
If any of these activities are detected, the platform has the right to close the account without prior notice and forfeit any funds in that account.
Problem Gambling

Intellectual Property
All content, designs, software, logos, trademarks, images, graphics, and materials on the akk99 platform are the property of akk99. Players may access them for personal use only and may not advertise, copy, distribute, or modify them.
- The akk99 logo and brand name may not be used anywhere without prior authorisation.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the platform is prohibited.
- Co-branding or advertising the platform alongside any product or service is prohibited.
Personal Data and Security
